Manufactured by Stern-Radio Rochlitz, Berlin VEB, RFT, the heavy rectangular box-shaped walnut veneered body with rounded corners, over three sectional woven loud speaker panels, the woven front loudspeaker panel featuring the applied model name over 5 x Bakelite push button speaker options, inscribed in German: Sprache, Bass, Orchester, Jazz and 3 D, over 2 x knurled knobs for Abstimmung and (Ferrit Antenne) , flanking a central glazed world radio channel receiver, fitted with 6 x recessed buttons, corresponding to the receiver channels – L, M, K1, K2, K3 and UK, further flanked by 2 x pitch moderator knobs for Bass and Soprano, on an ebonised bracket base (Condition report: Sold as found) (69.5 x 45 x 31cm)
