stamped: 833, (2nd standard eagle hallmark )(toque exacto, aguia), hallmarked for Oporto 1938-1984, the floriform body, featuring a plain reserve, embellished with an engraved and incised bright-cut border, featuring scrolling tendrils, wrigglework and cascading leaf motifs, enclosed by a double panelled patterned band, surrounded by a raised, cast and figured ornate repoussé rim, decorated with typical vacant foliate crested rocaille and s-scroll cartouches interspersed by floral sprays, all further encased by figured engraved scale and overlapping scalloped edge, supported on integral cast scroll feet (Height: 6cm, diameter: 40.5cm)(Approx weighable mass: 1225g)
